Payments made for consultation, training, or inspection services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund (after deducting administrative charges) may be issued.
2. Products & Materials

Items such as safety equipment, PPE, or training materials may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
3. Exemptions

Customized services, specialized equipment orders, and digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
